FM Nirmala Sitharaman has confirmed that Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which form a major part of private businesses, are poised as the growth engine of the Indian economy as it contributes around 30% of our GDP, 48% of exports, and provides employment to more than 110 million in rural and urban areas.
We talked with Manjula Mishra, an MSME expert on the matter and how the interim budget will impact MSMEβs.
